The best of Tucumán, Argentina, for Latin America.

Livsmart, a business unit of cbc (The Central America Bottling Corporation) specialized in functional and nutritious beverages, established a strategic and commercial alliance with El Carmen, S.A., a company from Argentina that produces Citric Juices.  This alliance was developed during the month of June.  Livsmart will participate with 50% of the stocks of El Carmen, S.A.   El Carmen, S.A. will continue with all its operations.  Livsmart is developing an export strategy with the new product.  Colombia, Ecuador and Peru will be the first countries where Citric Juices will be commercialized in South America.

Citric Juices are a pride for people in Tucumán, Argentina.  They have seen how in the last 15 years the brand has positioned itself successfully in supermarkets in the country.   Now it will expand internationally with the alliance with Livsmart, and will conquer consumers in Central America and South America.
