We annually develop evaluations to guide the growth potential of our collaborators, directing their career plan and their growth within the company. Our people´s cycle has tools that evaluate, develop, map and direct the personal and professional growth of our collaborators.
Meritocracy is the foundation of our business, is the base of growth for all our collaborators. This way, each one can be promoted in the same role, in other position in their area or even be moved to another area.
Once a year, the leaders of our organization perform meetings with the collaborators to discuss their career plans, succession plans, training and development of their teams. After these evaluations take place, each collaborator receives an individual development plan to be executed in the next year, with actions that include training to guarantee their development.
