Created in 2005, our selection process is a program developed for Young professionals in which they learn the company´s operation and develop the ability to assume strategic positions in the mid-term. This program has instructed 40 professionals that today have leadership positions in the organization.
The most interesting part of the program is the possibility to acquire a vision of cbc´s operation and at the same time they are already headcount of the organization so they are responsible of the society in which they are being developed. The selected people go through several months of training. In the first months, they acquire a strategic vision of the business by moving through the manufacturing, commercial, logistics and corporative areas. In the second step, they perform as sales people, sales supervisors and logistics, getting to know our business´ pillar. After finishing the process, they are placed in different position in the functional area according to the development they had during the trainee program. They are always accompanied by the People and Management area. To be a part for the Trainee program, the candidate must have negotiation skills, be flexible, leadership skills and negotiation skills, among others. It is indispensable to be willing to travel and to be able to move to another city or country.
The selection process has 7 stages: general knowledge tests, group dynamics, individual interview, language evaluation, interview with the operation´s first line, panel with the directors and final interview with cbs´s president.
